127. Permit for temporary possession of manufactured fireworks in excess of the licensed quantity. -
A permit may be granted by the licensing authority to a holder of licence in Form 24 to possess in addition to quantity permitted by the licence, any quantity of manufactured fireworks so that the total quantity permitted to be stored does not exceed 125 kgs for a period not exceeding 15 days at a time provided that

(a) No rule or condition of the licence other than that prescribing the maximum quantity of fireworks to be possessed is infinged;

(b) The applicant pays prescribed fees for excess storage.
