1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws (Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of November, 2004. |
