51. Authority for certifying eligibility of claimants.- The authority which is to certify the eligibility of claimants shall be the appropriate local office in respect of maternity, sickness, temporary disablement benefit and funeral benefits and the appropriate Regional Office, in respect of permanent disablement and dependant's benefits. |
