43. Submission of contribution cards to the Commissioner.- Every employer shall within one month from the date of expi¬ration of the period of currency of the contribution cards in respect of members employed by him, send the contribution cards to the Commissioner together with a statement in Form 6: Provided that where a member leaves service, the employer shall send the contribution card in respect of such members before the twentieth day of the month following that in which the members left the service: Provided further that in the case of any such employee who has become a member of the Family Pension Fund under the Employees’ Family Pension Scheme, 1971, the aforesaid Form shall also con¬tain such particulars as are necessary to comply with the requirements of that Scheme. |
