11. Meetings.- (1) The Central Board of Trustees or the Executive Committee or Regional Committee shall, subject to the provisions of paragraph 12, meet at such place and time as may be appointed by the Chairman: Provided that the Central Board or the Regional Committee shall meet at least twice in each financial year and the Executive Committee shall meet at least four times in each financial year. (2) The Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall within fifteen days of the receipt of a requisition in writing from not less than one-third of the members in the case of the Central Board or the Executive Committee and not less than three members excluding the Chairman in the case of a Regional Committee, call a meeting thereof. |
