14. Calendar of cases.—(1) The Tribunal shall draw up a calendar for the hearing of cases and, as far as possible, hear and decide the cases according to the calendar. (2) Every appeal shall be heard and decided, as far as possible, within six months from the date of its registration. (3) The Tribunal shall have the power to decline an adjournment and also to limit the time for oral arguments.
