Bare acts > Electricity Act, 2003 > Section 148
 
  


 

148. Penalty where works belong to Government.- The provisions of this Act shall, so far as they are applicable, be deemed to apply also when the acts made punishable thereunder are committed in the case of electricity supplied by or of works belonging to the Appropriate Government.
