24. General Fund.- All receipts of the Corporation other than those referred to in sub-section (1) of section 23 or in sub-section (1) of section 23A shall be credited to the General Fund and all payments by the Corporation other than those referred to in subsection (2) of section 23, or, as the case may be, sub-section (2) of section 23(A) shall be made out of that Fund.
