45. Cognizance of offence.- (1) No prosecution under this Act, or the rules or orders made thereunder shall be instituted except by or with the previous sanction of the Chief Inspector appointed under the Act. (2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder. | |||||
