71. Rights and liabilities of a Bhumidhar or Asami on extinction of his interest.- When the interest of a Bhumidhar or Asami is extinguished he shall vacate his holding and he shall, except in cases where his interest has extinguished under or in accordance with the provisions of any law for the time being in force relating to the acquisition of land, have in respect of removal of his standing crops and any construction existing on the holding the same right as he would have upon ejectment under the provisions of this Act.
