45. Transfer made in contravention of this Chapter to be void.- (1) Any transfer made by or on behalf of a Bhumidhar or Asami in contravention of the provision of this Chapter shall be void. (2) Nothing in sub- section (1) shall apply to any transfer which has been exempted by the Chief Commissioner under the proviso to sub- section (I) of section 33. |
