Saving.- Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to any land which is evacuee property as defined in the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950, except in the following cases;-- (1) Evacuee land held by tenants under lease or agreement entered into before the 15th day of August 1947, and (2) Evacuee’s share in lands of common utility which would vest in the Gaon Sabha. |
