19. Cesses, Local rates and Sayar.- A Bhumidhar shall pay to Government all the cesses, local rates and sayar proportionately to his land revenue, in respect of his holding. Any contract or agreement between the proprietor and any person compounding, releasing or reducing the payment of cesses, local rates or sayar after the 1st of July, 1950, shall be void. |
