Bye- laws of the farm.- Every application submitted under section 163 or 167 shall be accompanied with a copy of the proposed bye laws of the co-operative farm and such Bye laws shall be deemed to be the bye laws required to be filed under sub section (3) of section 9 of the Bombay Co- operative Societies Act, 1925 as extended to the State. |
