Consequences of registration.- When a certificate of registration in respect of any co–operative farm has been granted under section 165 or 170 the provisions of the Bombay Co- Operative Societies Act, 1925 , as extended to the State, shall , in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder, be applicable thereto. |
