Up Pradhan and other office bearers of Gaon Panchayat.- The Chief Commissioner shall arrange for the election of the Up- Pradhan by the members of the gaon Panchayat from amongst themselves and for the appointment of such other officers or office bearers of the gaon Panchayat as may be prescribed. |
