128. Order under section 127 not to be questioned in Court.- An order passed under section 127 shall not be questioned in a civil or revenue court, and no suit or application shall lie for the recovery of any sum the payment of which has been remitted under section 127, or, during the period of suspension, of any sum the payment of which has been suspended under the said section. |
