125. Assessment proposals.- The Settlement Officer shall publish his proposals in such manner as may be prescribed as soon as he has completed the assessment of each village. He shall consider objections, if any, that may be preferred and shall them submit the proposals together with the objections, if any and such orders as he may have passed to the prescribed authority, who shall forward them to the Chief Commissioner with his comments. |
