Settlement by Deputy Commissioner in precarious tracts or alluvial areas.- Where the period of settlement fixed in the case of any precarious tract or alluvial area is less than 30 years and such period expires or is about to expire, the Deputy commissioner shall assess and settle such tracts and areas in such manner as may be prescribed. |
