Notification as to settlement operations.- As soon as may be after the Chief Commissioner has decided that the whole or part of the State should be brought under a fresh settlement, he shall so notify in the official Gazette and thereupon the whole or part of the State shall be held to be under settlement, until a notification declaring settlement operations thereto be closed is published. |
