110. Dates and installments for payment of land revenue under section 109.- (1) The Chief commissioner may prescribe the date or dates from which and the installments in which the land revenue shall be payable by Bhumidhars referred to in section 109. (2) The land revenue or any installment thereof not paid on or before the due date becomes an arrear of land revenue and the persons liable for it become defaulters. |
