109. Amount of land revenue payable by a Bhumidhar.- (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, every person, who is a Bhumidhar, shall be liable to pay to the Government for land, held by him as such, on account of land revenue— (a) If he is declared a Bhumidhar under section 11, the amount of land revenue, cesses and local rates as given in that section; (b) If he becomes a Bhumidhar under section 13, the amount of land revenue, cesses and local rates as given in section 14; (c) If he is declared a Bhumidhar under sub section (4) of section 74 , the amount of land revenue, cesses and local rates as given in that section. (2) The payment of land revenue, cesses and local rates shall take effect from the commencement of this Act except in cases of admission or acquisitions of Bhumidhari rights after the commencement of this Act, in which case, it shall take effect from the date of admission or acquisition. |
