106. Land Revenue assessed on a village.- (1)The aggregate of the land revenue payable by all the Bhumidhars in respect of land situate in any village shall be deemed to be the land revenue assessed on that village. (2) The Land revenue assessed on any village shall be the first charge on all land in the entire village and on the rents, profits or produce thereof. |
