103. Vesting of trees existing on the boundary of the holding of a tenant.– Any tree existing on the boundary of the holding of a tenant on the commencement of this Act and not belonging to such tenant shall with effect from the commencement of this Act belong to and vest in the Bhumidhars of the holding adjoining the said boundary in equal shares. Explanation – Where the holding belongs jointly to two or more Bhumidhars, all of them shall for the purposes of this section collectively count as one. | |||||
