49. Water taps in latrines.- (1) Where piped water supply is available a sufficient number of water taps, conveniently accessible shall be provided in or near such latrine accommodation. (2) If piped water supply is not available sufficient quantity of water shall be kept stored in suitable receptacles near the latrines. |
