33. Exemption from Rule 30.- (1) Nothing in Rule 30 shall apply to the parts of factories specified in part I of the Schedule annexed hereto. (2) Nothing in sub-rule (1) of Rule 30 shall apply to the factories or parts of factories respectively specified in Part II of the said Schedule. |
