Scrapers.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that- (a) a tractor and scraper is joined by safety line at the time of its operation; (b) the scraper bowls are propped while blades of such scraper are being replaced; (c) a scraper moving downhill is left in gear. |
