33. Payment of Fees.- (1) All amounts of money payable on account of registration, appeal, supply of copies or duplicate copies of certificate of registration shall be paid through a crossed demand draft/ pay order/ banker's cheque drawn on a bank in Delhi in favour of the registering officer, and made payable at the branch of the Bank specified by the Government from time to time at the District Office of the concerned registering officer.

(2) The registering officer, on receipt of the demand draft/ pay order/ banker's cheque under sub-rule (1) shall arrange to deposit the amount in the appropriate account in the Bank specified by the Government from time to time in the account of concerned 'Pay and Accounts Officer', Labour Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, under the relevant head of account.
