Steel curtains.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that air tight steel curtains are provided in areas liable to flooding at tunnelling work and in case of descending tunnel such curtains are provided in the top half of such tunnels to ensure the retention of pockets of air for rescue purpose. |
