140. Use of internal combustion engine.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that no internal combustion engine is used underground in excavation or tunneling work unless such engine is so constructed that - (a) the air entering the engine gets cleared before entry; and (b) no fumes or sparks are emitted by the engine. | |||||
