Breathing apparatus.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that- (a) suitable breathing apparatus is provided to a building worker while working in compressed air environment for his use at excavation or tunnelling work; and (b) such breathing apparatus is maintained in good working condition at all times. |
