122. Warning signs and notices.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that- (a) suitable warning signs or notices, required for the safety of building workers carrying out the work of an excavation or tunneling, shall be displayed or erected at conspicuous places in Hindi and in a language understood by the majority of such building workers at such excavation or tunnelling work; (b) such warning signs and notices with regard to compressed air working shall include- (i) the danger involved in such compressed air work; (ii) fire and explosion hazards; (iii) the emergency procedures for rescue from such danger or hazards. | |||||
