11. Term of office.- The Chairman and members of the Committee except the elected representatives of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of their appointment are notified in the official Gazette and in respects the Members of Legislative Assembly of Delhi, each of them shall hold office for three years or till he/she remains a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi, whichever is earlier. |
