2. Definitions – In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires - (a) "Act" means the Delhi Apartment Ownership Act, 1986 (58 of 1986) (b) "Form" means Form appended to these rules (c) "Section" means a section of the Act (d) Words and expression used in these rules but not defined there in shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act. |
