89. Notice to Central Government.- Save where a petition is presented by or on behalf of the Central Government under section 401, notice shall be given to the Central Government of every petition under section 397 or 398, and a copy of the petition shall be served on the Central Government alongwith the notice of the date of hearing, not less than 14 clear days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition.
