Directions at hearing of summons.- Upon the hearing
of the summons for directions, the Court shall give such directions
as it may think fit for the advertisement of the petition,
and the service of notices on the debenture holders and creditors
of the company, if any, and such other persons whose interests
will, in the opinion of the Court, be affected by the alteration.
The order on the summons shall be in Form No. 13. The notice
shall be in Form No. 14. Where the Court thinks fit to dispense
with the notice required by section 17(3)(a) in the case of
any person or class of persons it shall record its reasons
for doing so.
