Notice of filing the list and inspection of the same.- Upon the filing of the certificate containing the list of creditors as settled by the Official Liquidator, the Registrar shall notify the filing thereof on the Court notice board, and the certificate and the list of creditors as settled and the proofs relation thereto shall be open to the inspection of every creditor or contributory on payment of a fee of one rupee.
