Short titled, extent and commencement.-(1)This
Act may be called the Child Marriage Restraint
Act (1929).
(2)It extends to the whole
of Pakistan and applies to all citizens of Pakistan
wherever they may be.
(3)It shall come into force
on the 1st day of April, 1939.
