2. Amendment of long title. - In the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in the long title, for the words "and to make provision for", the words, figures and letters "and also to the Montreal Convention signed on the 28th day of May, 1999 and to make provision for" shall be substituted.
