45U. Power of High Court to make rules. —The High Court may make rules consistent with this Act and the rules made under section 52 prescribing— (a) the manner in which inquiries and proceedings under Part III or Part IIIA may be held; (b) the offences which may be tried summarily; (c) the authority to which, and the conditions subject to which, appeals may be preferred and the manner in which such appeals may be filed and heard; (d) any other matter for which provision has to be made for enabling the High Court to effectively exercise its functions under this Act.
