154. Challenges. —(1) The names of the presiding officer and members of the court shall be read over to the accused who shall thereupon be asked if he objects to be tried by any of these officers. (2) Any objection shall be decided as provided for in section 130 and rule 44—the vacancies being filled from among the waiting members (if any), or by fresh members being appointed by the convening officer.
