23. Protection of acts done in good faith.- No suit, prosecution, or other proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer, authority or person empowered to exercise the powers and perform the functions by or under this Act for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder. | |||||
