Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central or State Government or against the Chairman or other Member of any Central or Joint or State Administrative Tribunal, or any other person authorised by such Chairman or other Member for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.]
