26. Amendment of section 293.- In section 293 of the principal Act, in sub- section (4),-

(a) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-" (b) the Chief Controller of Explosives;";

(b) after clause (f), the following clause shall be added, namely:-" (g) any other Government scientific expert specified, by notification, by the Central Government for this purpose.".
